You can ask us to delete your personal data at any time.
To protect your privacy, we first need to confirm that the request comes from you. Your User ID helps us find and verify your data.
To find your User ID:
- Open PhotoApp.
- Tap Settings in the top-right corner.
- Tap your User ID to copy it.
Then send your deletion request, along with your User ID, to [email protected].
Once your request is verified, we'll delete your personal data and send you a confirmation by email.
Please note: Deleting your data or the app does not cancel your App Store or Google Play subscription. Please cancel your subscription first.
