PhotoApp purchases are made through the App Store or Google Play, so refund requests are handled directly by Apple or Google under their own policies.
If you purchased on iPhone or iPad
Go to https://reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, find your PhotoApp purchase and select "Request a refund".
If you purchased on Android
Go to https://play.google.com/store/account/orderhistory, find your PhotoApp purchase and follow the steps to request a refund. Google's guide: https://support.google.com/googleplay/answer/2479637
PhotoApp can't issue refunds for App Store or Google Play purchases.
To avoid future charges, remember to cancel your subscription. Deleting the app doesn't cancel it.
