PhotoApp needs permission to access your photos so you can select photos and save your results.
On iPhone
- Open the Settings app.
- Scroll down and tap PhotoApp.
- Tap Photos and choose Full Access.
On Android
- Open your phone's Settings.
- Tap Apps > PhotoApp > Permissions.
- Tap Photos and videos (or Storage) and choose Allow.
Also make sure your phone has enough free storage space to save your photos. Then go back to PhotoApp and try again.
